Full Time | In-Office (Grande Prairie)

We’re looking for someone who is deeply connected in the region and knows how to build trust through real conversations. You’ll blend classic sales skills with modern tools to create awareness, connect with business owners, and book qualified meetings for our leadership team.

Your goal: generate interest, build relationships, and fill our sales calendar with qualified opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, partners, and organizations.
  • Run and participate in local marketing and outreach activities that drive awareness.
  • Manage inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and events.
  • Engage leads through short, friendly conversations — qualifying needs, closing entry-level services directly, and collaborating with the Principal for assisted closes or custom quotes on higher-value projects.
  • Track activity and progress in our CRM and use tools that make your work more efficient.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and test campaigns that fill the pipeline.

  • You’re experienced in sales and naturally good at connecting with people.
  • You have strong soft skills — you listen well, set clear expectations, and communicate honestly.
  • You’re well connected in the local business community and enjoy being part of it.
  • You’re organized, accountable, and manage your follow-ups like a pro — comfortable with email and calendar tools, quick on the laptop, and a natural adopter of new software and online systems.
  • You adapt quickly to new technology, CRM systems, and automation tools — anything that helps you work smarter.
  • You’re curious about modern marketing and excited about how AI tools are changing the game.
  • You want to grow your career inside a creative, innovative local agency.
