Ryan joined the Nine10 fold in 2012 with the acquisition of his social media & mobile consultancy, GoSocial. Ryan’s strengths as a collaborator, networker and strategist have landed him a role as CEO and Partner at Nine10. In his day-to-day activities, Ryan builds relationships by helping businesses develop effective marketing strategies that blend traditional and digital media.
While not engaged in client projects, Ryan works closely with his partner, Marcus on the vision, direction, and development of key company offerings. Ryan also comes to Nine10 from a non-traditional route. Prior to founding GoSocial, he was a 12 year member of the Canadian Freestyle Ski Team where he represented his country on the international stage at the highest levels of sport. Discipline, clear focus, and strong commitment to team dynamic are assets to the Nine10 team.
Since retiring from sport, Ryan has actively engaged within his community outside of his business ventures. Ryan is also a proud Swan City Rotarian.
Marcus comes to Nine10 with 18 years of web development experience with imageDESIGN. His skill and expertise have helped support many local businesses grow and thrive. After purchasing imageDESIGN in December 2021, he, and Ryan came together to form the new nine10, March 2022.
Outside of the business world, Marcus enjoys being active in camping, hiking, and daily CrossFit workouts. He’s also a musician and plays guitar and bass guitar, occasionally in a band! If you see him with a drink in his hand, It’s more than likely some type of whiskey.
Marcus brings enthusiasm and a keen eye for detail to the new nine10 team and we are so thrilled to have him with us!
Jill started contracting to nine10 in 2022 as an organic progression from her work here in Grande Prairie, and is currently employed as our Account Executive and Office Administrator. You will meet Jill at your kickoff meeting, where she will begin her work to ensure you are taken care of here through your onboarding, development, training and ongoing support. Jill will strive to understand your business’ zone of genius and make our processes seamless for you to navigate so you can get back to doing what you do best! Originally from Kelowna BC, Jill has been working with entrepreneurs for over 25 years in many facets, including dental, solar power, community development, fitness, yoga, hair salons, and in business development. She and her husband Reid are proud foster parents that take quality family time seriously… especially when they’re at her parent’s home on the Shuswap!

Meghan joined the nine10 team in October of 2021 as the Student Success Coordinator and Digital Marketing Assistant, and is now Education & Marketing Lead. She’s with us remote from her home in Edmonton Alberta where she lives with her partner along with their cats, dogs, chickens, and gecko. Her expertise in marketing ranges from copywriting and organic marketing to marketing software customization and CRM management plus everywhere in between! She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and History from the University of Alberta. She applies her creative side to solve problems and map out marketing strategies and campaigns.
Outside of the professional sphere, Meghan writes as a hobby and published her first book in September of 2021. She has over a decade of experience and training in Music, specifically piano, voice, and guitar. If she’s not at home painting, baking, or writing, she’s more than likely out for a walk in the trees with her pups.

Dawna Dillabough, Aka Graphic Designer and Print Specialist, brings 14 years of experience into our new team. She has spent her career with ImageDESIGN and we are so grateful to have her expertise with us.
Dawna’s favourite thing to do outside of work hours is jumping in her 1975 Winnebago with her partner, 2 dogs, and head out into the wilderness. A fun fact about Dawna, is her first car was a green VW Bug named Myrtle. Dawna is also a small business owner! She runs Mama Dee’s Bakery where she makes all natural dog treats and accessories. You can find her at her permanent booth at the Grande Prairie Farmers Market Every weekend!

Inspired by the rich colors and energy of Colombia, she blends curiosity and innovation to craft meaningful designs.Now based in Canada, Diana is always eager to learn and grow in the world of branding and design. Outside of work, she loves traveling with her husband, Cole, exploring new cultures, savoring diverse cuisines, and celebrating life’s beauty together.
