Remote Candidate Requirements

In order to be considered as a remote candidate, please note that the following is required:

  • Computer workstation with sufficient specs to handle your workload (TBD depending on position)
  • Camera and headset/earbuds for videoconferencing
  • Reliable, preferably wired Internet connection
  • Access to a wired internet connection (e.g. Ethernet cable/jack) to plug in VOIP phone
  • Quiet, private office or permanent workspace with a clean, professional background
  • The possibility of company-sponsored visits to the nine10 office, schedule TBD

Remote employees are considered a full part of the nine10 team. All nine10 team members are expected to:

  • Be available sometime between 8 am – 5 pm MST, Monday to Friday, excluding stat holidays and scheduled holiday breaks
  • Work during regular office hours per the flexible schedule
  • Be prepared to participate in frequent, and sometimes spontaneous, videoconference and teleconference meetings with the team or with clients
  • Answer the phone, both incoming calls and internal pages–we supply a VOIP phone to our remote employees
